How to improve energy levels after age 35 with lifestyle and dietary changes?

I am reading a few books and will be summarizing some of the recommendations and tips that should help any individual to feel young and full of energy after age 35.

  1. Eat barberries 2 tablespoons after meal to stabilize blood sugar and heart health
  2. Use black cumin (kalonji) to improve cholesterol, blood sugar control and blood pressure control
  3. Drink hibiscus tea and lemon verbena tea, it helps with stabilizing high blood pressure
  4. Use oil and vinegar as dressing for salad, diminish body fat and reduce blood sugars in diabetics
  5. Eat fiber rich foods, beans, chickpeas and lentils, they provide acetic acid similar benefits as vinegar
  6. Do fasting, it helps getting rid of stuff that isn’t working anymore in your body
  7. Drink black coffee with chocolate, helps with live inflammation
  8. Eat foods rich with spermidine such as: mushrooms, mango, green peas, edamame, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, lentil soup, lettuce, kidney beans etc, these play key role in regulating cell growth
  9. Consume foods rich with quercetin that helps feel young: onions, apples, kale, tea, salt free capers, fresh strawberries, seasoning meals with pippali
